Why Blueshift?
Blueshift is the doppler effect that occurs when light moves at high speeds towards the viewer. Why does that matter? By the 1930s scientists had studied this phenomenon for some years and had achieved a breakthrough in cosmology, the discovery that most objects in the universe were exhibiting redshift, the opposite of blueshift, meaning they were traveling rapidly away from us. This leads to the conclusion that the universe itself is expanding. If it is expanding, that means it had an origin point, and more importantly, a beginning. By scientific observation we know that everything that begins to exist has a cause. The universe began to exist, therefore, the universe has a cause.
