When will I receive my drawings
Unless otherwise specified in our communication, I will typically return drawings within a week. For creative design projects I will work with you to lock-down and fufill a satisfactory and prompt timeline.
Do you provide an NDA
Yes, I provide an iron-clad NDA which has been thoroughly reviewed and edited by an expert patent attorney to protect you and your client's information and IP.
What files should I send to get the best results
All materials sent are handeled with the upmost security and discretion. To achieve the best results, any pdfs, images, and 3D files such as STPs, STLs or EASMs can be critical to creating acurrate, examiner-proof illustrations
How much do drawings cost
Our drawings cost, on average, 20-30% less than other patent illustration professionals. An average sheet will cost between 50-70 dollars. Cost will vary depending on factors like the complexity of the illustrations, or if they are needed in visio format. Please email me for a free estimate!
Do you bill per page or by the hour
I bill by the hour. Whereas some patent illustrators bill per page, I find it makes the most sense to bill by the hour for a more accurate picture of where time was spent on your drawings.
Do you charge extra for rush work
To ensure I can deliver high-quality work to all of my clients on time, I find it necessary to charge a rush fee for expedited deadlines. Projects with a turnaround of three days or less require a 15% additional fee, while same-day requests incur a 30% fee. This allows me to prioritize urgent work without compromising the attention and care given to every project.
